 The location is good, depending on your requirements. Restaurants, bars and night life are a 5 to 10 minute taxi ride away, costing approx. 8 Euro. Trams to the centre of the old town run frequently during the day, costing 2.40 Euro each way. There is one Italian Restaurant (which is very good) within easy walking distance, but no bars to speak of.
The prices in the hotel bar seemed a little excessive to me, eg two small glasses of wine and two small bottles of water cost 28.00 Euro. Any nibbles arriving with the drinks (but not ordered) are not complementary, but will be added to the bill.
Would not hesitate to stay at the hotel again.- 16-Mar-2007 The hotel looks "old" from outside but it''s quite clean and new once you step into the hotel. Parking facility is provided. The toilet is a bit small. The buffet breakfast is very good, many varieties.
