 This hotel is often very full thus short-staffed for fast ready service.
We arrived at the hotel around 2:30pm but the rooms were still under cleaning and we were able to check-into the rooms around 3:30pm. Internet connection on higher floors was not good, either.
Golden (Royal) crab was wrongly cooked (deep-fried) while we were expecting "steamed". It was not worthwhile. - 23-Jul-2007 Great location, good size rooms, nice marble bathroom with big bath. No tea, coffee in room nor usual shampoos etc but everything else was first class.- 11-Mar-2005 Service and accommodations get high marks. Food was very tasty.
