 The hotel location and facilities are very good. Accommodation was great as well. Hotel price is a little steep but must be a function of the location.- 05-Dec-2007 This hotel is often very full thus short-staffed for fast ready service.
We arrived at the hotel around 2:30pm but the rooms were still under cleaning and we were able to check-into the rooms around 3:30pm. Internet connection on higher floors was not good, either.
Golden (Royal) crab was wrongly cooked (deep-fried) while we were expecting "steamed". It was not worthwhile. - 23-Jul-2007 My glowing opinion of the hotel is biased by the fact we were upgraded to an amazing suite when we checked in. Amanda and Nelson (we remembered their names) at the front desk were simply the most courteous hotel staff members I''ve ever met and the room we got was great. The other staff members were professional but not of that same "exceptional" caliber. The hotel is conveniently located in a very busy part of the city. It is clean and the facilities well managed. The free buffet breakfast was better than expected. Our departure from the hotel was unnecessarily difficult because detours prevented the shuttle bus and taxis from getting to the hotel. - 07-Sep-2005 |
