excellent location good service, nice breakfast need to change the carpets and bed covers

This hotel has dingy rooms, has no space to put even luggage. They kill the central heating in the middle of night leaving no heat in building and letting you freeze. Room carpets are old, filthy, dirty and smelly. The online hotel advertisement is false/lying. Some hotel staffs are very rude.

I highly recommend the Reem Hotel. Above all the cleanliness I found was great especially in London where it is hard to find such facilities. I thank all the staff for their service.
