Location
Ramayana Resort Koh Chang is situated in Klong Prao, 30 minutes drive from the Trat Airport. Once here, visit Bang Bao fishing village, go shopping, and most of all enjoy the popular marine activity at the neighbouring islands, which are easily accessible by speed boat. The resort has a private beach with a great sundeck terrace and numerous beach activities such as kayaking, volleyball, scuba diving and snorkelling.

 A nice place. Stayed 3 nights here with my wife and 14 month old son. A nice, clean, spacious room with unqiue designed bathroom (wood beams - lovely decor). Room had a balcony over the pool, with landscaped gardens between. Breakfast was adequate and room service very pricey, but all in all a very nice place to stay. Do note that this resort is NOT by a beach - they have a private beach to which shuttle transport is provided. Security was good, and all staff attentive. There aren't many other facilities near the resort, which may be a good thing but not if you need emergency nappies for a baby...- 02-May-2006 |
