 I had a premier room which was smaller than I expected but clean and comfortable. Excellent room service, food was delicious and very good value. Very quiet at night so a good night's sleep. Only complaint was the bathroom door which was warped, difficult to open and close without making a lot of noise! All in all a pleasant and convenient place to stay in the heart of the Midlands.- 21-Feb-2008 Excellent way station for the East and Central Midlands. Staff helpful and made sure we were satisfied.
