 The rooms and facilities were all very good. The design and layout of the facilities were also very nice. The beds were more comfortable than other 5 star hotels I have stayed at. In general, I thought the hotel would rate very well against other 5 star hotels.
On the negative side, I thought service at the restaurant was a little slow when my group was the only one in there for a late afternoon lunch. The food quality and selection for the morning buffet was slightly below par compared to other 5 star hotels. Nevertheless, I would still strongly recommend this hotel, because the price of this hotel represents an excellent value. Other comparable hotels would cost much more per night. - 07-Sep-2005 Excellent value. Facilities were excellent although there is only one restaurant in the hotel itself. Rooms are great value and are equal to or are much better to similar hotels in Bali. One problem is hotel isn''t directly on the beach - you have to cross a road but the pool is great! Highly recommended.- 07-Sep-2005 Hotel is Ok, but watch out for the Death Trap pathways to the pool/villa rooms- stepping stones, irregularly placed on the ground with gaps in between - coupled with poor lighting at night, a perfect way to sprain an ankle or break a leg.
