 The proximity of the hotel to the airport was good. No significant noise. Free shuttle bus (24hrs) was good.
Reception personnel were friendly and helpful.
Two significant problems were as follows:
1. Restuarant - food was average, but the service was atrocious. Waiting time just to get noticed was highly excessive. The waitress really looked like she was tired of her job and should have left it a long time ago.
2. Housekeeping personnel inadvertently took and disposed of personal items from my room. This was very poor behavior, with management doing little to recover the lost items.
3. Room location - having a room whose view opens up to the entrance vehicle lobby was pathetic. I had to keep the blind closed for privacy.
Although the location of the hotel was reasonable, I would NOT recommend this hotel to future customers. The nearby Radisson is likely to be much better.- 24-Nov-2007 |
