 There was no lighting over the dressing table we were going out for the evening to a show with friends but it was difficult to look in the mirror with no lighting.
We also had to ask for another chair for the twin room as we were having room service and did,nt want to sit on the bed to have our meal. The receptionist who bought up the chair said it was policy to only have one chair in the room, which i thought was rather odd.- 11-Dec-2008 For 4 stars I would expect more comfort (to have a bath for instance, instead of a shower); the location is not so great. Is not a bad hotel but overall it doesn't really worth the price I paid for it.- 17-Dec-2007 Service was surprisingly better than I expected, with good communication not usually associated with foreign staff in London hotels.
