 Cleanliness: I chose a smoking room, so naturally, it was not super clean, but the bathroom was impeccable and generally it was OK.
Location: Great for Excel exhibition centre, but no shops within walking distance and the routes to the hotel by car are slightly bizarre (badly signposted; different exit than entrance).
Overall: Good value for money and the food was good too, BUT, you need a car.- 01-Apr-2008 I was a little disappointed at the location of the hotel because, from the photographs provided, it looked as though it was going to be in a better area. That said, it was ideally located for the O2 arena which is where we were visiting.- 25-Jul-2007 Access to the hotel is terrible for people not arriving with own car. It can only be improved by a courtesy van that can be called from the hotel with a phone at the Prince Regent railway station.
