 The bedroom I was allocated to wasn't like I expected from a 4 star hotel. The linen bed had some holes in it, the bedroom was quite noisy, we had to opt to leave the window partially opened to have some fresh air in the bedroom or to tolerate the noisy in the toilet.
I did like the service, all employees were very nice, but the facilities were quite bad. A four star hotel would have an internet access for free in almost anywhere in the world, cable tv, fridge in the bedroom with options of drinks, snacks, teas and coffee. If the hotel has any of this, I didn't get it. I also think the price should include hot breakfast.- 21-Mar-2007 |
