 I found the staff to be extremely rude and not willing to assist me when there were issues with my reservation. The hotel is located in a great place with easy access to Bukit Bintang area. The pool was nice and the price for the hotel very reasonable. Apart from the staff rudeness I rate this hotel as GOOD.- 25-Feb-2008 Very near to Bukit Bintang shopping belt, with a massage parlour right at the lobby. However, the facilities within the room is pretty old. - 07-Sep-2007 the room was not ready for us they had dirty sheets on the bed. no hand towel was provided as we where in a supere room. kettle did not work and no mini bar. huge hole in the bathroom wall. not a plesant place to stay, we booked out early - 03-Sep-2007 |
