 This hotel was a disappointment and certainly shouldn't be graded 5 star. The room carpets were stained in both rooms; a bedside lamp shade had a tear in it; bathroom toiletries were poor and small sized for 2 people and partly used toilet rolls had not been replaced. On requesting ashtrays for the smoking room, none could be found and a saucer was provided! On the bright side - the staff were friendly and courteous and the hotel was within walking distance of good shopping. - 22-Sep-2009 Very good breakfast, but in my opinion it was expensive.- 27-May-2009 We absolutely loved this hotel and would definately be back.
