Location
The Radisson SAS Altstadt Hotel is located in the historical centre of Salzburg providing the best location. All major sightseeing attractions and shopping areas are within walking distance of the hotel. The colourful history of this landmark building can be traced back as far as 1377 which was formerly one of Salzburg's oldest Inns.

 A wonderful location for a hotel, right on the charming and car free shoppingstreet in center Salzburg. Private and exclusive atmosphere in a beautiful old house. Really a place to remember and to come back to.- 09-Mar-2006 The drinks availability in the bar wasn't great - they didn't have Vodka, or mixers like 7 Up or Sprite, which we found unusual. The restaurant was being renovated - which might have been the reason.
Otherwise the hotel was full of character and interest; the staff were
