 The hotel didn't have a record of our booking on our arrival and we had to wait while they contacted [your website], otherwise, everything else was as good as we expected. - 28-Jan-2008 The location is quite far from the surfer paradise. They have no elevator and make us difficult to bring our luggage to our room. We arrived at the hotel at 1 am and the receptionist didn't offer any help to bring our luggage to the 3rd level..Can u imagine??? - 22-Jan-2008 House keeping staff were rude and unaccommodating, however the reception and restaurant staff were FANTASTIC! Both reception and restaurant staff went above and beyone thier job role to make our stay as wonderful as possible. Having worked in the Hotel industry for years, being able to check in at 10am and have porters, cafe staff and reception all friendly and helpful was a lot more than expected.- 27-Jul-2007 |
