General
An excellent location and impeccable service, as well as on-site professional meeting planners and catering staff make the hotel a good venue for corporate events, bridal showers and other occasions. Pamper yourself at the spa or shop for jewellery and other knick-knacks without stepping out of the hotel.
 Fantastic central location adjacent to Macy's and The Empire state, plus good transport links with subway underneath and a tourist 'hop on hop off' link just around the corner. Service was not up to par, has to request new towels AND toilet paper after a staff shortage left our room unserviced for three days. Nice excuse but NOT my problem and no immediate offer of appeasal. I would however use this hotel again based on excellant location.- 15-Aug-2009 The hotel is on 32nd street just around the corner from the empire state building (34thstreet)and on a subway line. In general the hotel was very good although the reception staff are not very user friendly. All other staff were very pleasant and helpful. Its very central so easy to get to central park and other attractions.- 27-Feb-2005 |
