THis hotel is right on Leicester Square so makes an ideal location for all West End theatres. The hotel itself was a little disappointing but given we were there for one night only it didn't matter that much. The corridors were very dark and while the room was clean and tidy the decor was predominantly brown and dark. Sticky tape holding in batteries on the remote control didn't suggest attention to detail was high on the agenda. Service was a little slow. Over 20 minutes for a bucket of ice was quite a while to wait. I would stay here again if in London for one night but I wouldn't spend much longer than a couple of nights here.- 13-Aug-2009 |
