Found the hotel to be quite "average" in its overall facilities for the price, we expected it to be alot more up to date for the rating it had on [your website], the decor was tired the furniture and curtain fixtures in our room were quite old and unpleasantly stained, although the overall cleanliness of the actual room seemed fine, plus the room was a good size and the location was brilliant. We were a little disappointed with the noise aspect of the hotel, we had noisey neighbours who kept us awake in the early hours of the morning. We generally found the place ok, and the receptionist we had was very onto it and friendly, but still not sure I would stay there again I think there would be some other places around better appointed for the price we paid. Overall not the best value hotel in town.- 12-Sep-2007 Considering there was a gas cut while we stayed (and no showers) the hotel managed very well, offering us a discount and ensuring that we were able to use showers at alternative venues across the road.
I would happily stay again- 07-Sep-2006 This hotel/apartment block was superbly efficient and friendly. There was a continental breakfast provided and waiting for us in the fridge. The studio apartment included a dishwasher, washing machine and drier with a very generous supply of washing powder provided with these machines. Internet was available, free of charge, in the foyer. The location of the hotel was excellent. We will use Quest again and we highly recommend them for very high standars, in general. - 26-Aug-2006 |
