 First of all I would like to thank the Hotel staff for their friendly manner and good services they rendered to the Hotel guests. The location of the Hotel is perfect and in the heart of the Market and other facilities. The most important thing to me is the good treatement I have got from the staff member of the Hotel.
I would like to thank them and request them to keep up the good professional work.
Best regards- 29-Oct-2008 The Queens hotel was disgustingly dirty. The showers and bathroom were so dirty i refused to shower.
The pool is not outdoor and was so dirty the pool water had scum floating on top of the water.
The room smelt fusty and the noise level from the road and other residents was terrible.
This area should not be recommended for women and children and to and from the airport we were scammed out of more Dirham. The area itself is not safe to walk around in unless you are male.
