 Customer service staff could have been more helpful. Restaurant staff was very good. Very convenient for Carnival cruises (just walk your luggage to the ship). A very interesting place to stay - lots of history. A bit pricey at $ 185.00/night. Could make signage clearer - our taxi had a difficult time finding the hotel entrance.- 12-Dec-2008 Great experience slightly marred by room allocation M010 which was landside by the entrance gangways to the ship with poor outlook from porthole window and very noisy! - 03-Oct-2008 Service was wonderful. Within less than 5 minutes, housekeeping responded to our request for something. The food was very good and it was ready within a short time of our order.
