Even though we had booked a superior room I think we were first given the worst room in the hotel. Eventually after 4 attempts we got an OK room. Receptionist most unfriendly and unhelpful. Very good breakfast. I think the whole upstairs needs refurbishment, particularly carpets and curtains. No toiletries in bathroom -it felt morel like a bad B & B than 3 star hotel. Would definitely not use it again- 11-Oct-2008 I had room 202, was good. Very good was seperate toilet. not good was, that we had a cold day and no heating was working. parking was good but limited, it should be possible to book it in advance. To find it the map is not good enough, a description in words would be better ,as we missed the first turning and then it was very difficult to find to the hotel- 23-Sep-2008 Can't complain.
