 needs a big overhall lots of broken items in rooms ie smoke alarms , tvs not working no, sky lack of towels , cheap and nasty- 06-Aug-2009 The Bar was closed early to patrons yet there were still people in the bar drinking 2 hours after they had supposedly closed. Also there was no room service available to order any liquid refreshments. I am a light sleeper and we had the first floor room with a aircon fan outside our window which made sleeping very difficult. We went to reception about this who were not very interested or concerned about our welfare (lack of sleep).
