 The electrical switches for lighting, air-conditioning, hair dryer & radio were difficult to locate. The off button for the air conditioner only turned it off for a short period.
Sheets & blankets would have been a good option instead of the duvet.- 07-Jun-2009 As expected, the rooms are small but comfortable and pleasant. The complimentary bottle of spring water daily was a nice touch! Very helpful and friendly front-desk staff. If you have big cases or lots of luggage, give this a miss. However, I think this Hotel is good value for money. Our room on the 5th floor had minimal noise from the underground trains experienced by people on lower floors. - 27-Mar-2008 For me the Quality Crown was an excellent choice. For a 3 night business trip it was ideal. Location was perfect for Heathrow and central London, room was very clean/contemporary, well equipped (trouser press & Tea/Coffee making!), was a good size for 1 person, bathroom was a wet type set up for disabled access. Aircon could have been more powerful. I even managed to pick up WiFi access from the McDonalds next door! Reception staff were okay, and the waitresses in Garfunkels were very friendly.
