 We stayed in this hotel for four nights. I found it very surpricing that nobody would clean the room for the first two days. No dusting, change of towels, bed sheets, etc. I went to ask receptionist if there is any cleaning service in place and she told me they clean every day. Based on that and the fact I knew, I specificly had to request the towels to be replaced if dirty ones are left on floor and to clean dust since our daughter is allergic. However our floors were incredibly dirty (no carpets at all) all four nights. Also to get a key for each of us was a problem never solved. Laundry service was not working. Noise from the street can be disturbing. This hotel is not worth the price. - 28-Aug-2008 We have booked a trilo apartment for my family. We found the 2 double-bed rooms very spacious and comfortable and the in-room facilities are failry new and excellent in particular the kitchen. It would be much better if safe and mirror could also be provided. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful.
