 Didn''t like the hotel entrance area where traffic control to cars & taxi is poor. Often cause unnecessary jams and waiting time. The hotel lobby does not inject the exclusivity of a 5-star hotel. Staff service differs from different areas. Service at the coffee house is not up to par. Housekeeping of the room is fine. - 07-Sep-2005 Good hotel, but just expensive.
