The receptionist took great effort to give us two interconnecting non-smoking rooms as requested. The only lapse in service was that one of the rooms was not furnished with coffee.

Great hotel with good service and an awesome location. Great pool except that it is closed daily between 11.30am and 1.30 pm for cleaning/sterilzation which is the hottest part of the day!

Comfortable, fair-sized and quiet room -- probably a bit austere and plain for my taste. Efficient reception. Breakfast overpriced and nothing special at all, and served in a dark, gloomy room. While I would have no problems staying there again, the Prudential was not cheap and was not good value for money when compared to hotels of a similar standard elsewhere in HK.
