 Princesa Sofia Gran Hotel is rated as a five star hotel but in reality should probably be a three plus or four. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel charges extra for use of the pool on site, which was petty I thought.- 08-Jul-2009 Service was superb and I was really impressed with the look and feel of this hotel.
