 Its tremendous experience with Prince Hotel & Residence, my first impession when I arrived was like being at my own home. The Front Office Customer Service was so exceptional and making us totally acceptance and professional, then heading to the Room 2601 which I was allocated, its even more delightful, feels like being a King. I will have no objection to commending this hotel to all my colleagues and my regular business clientale of choosing the Prince Hotel & residence if they happen to Malaysia.- 22-Oct-2009 High quality hotel in great location. It was elegant and the service was friendly and obliging. We had a standard delux room and we were very surprised with the quality of the room. The bathroom was quite large and we were on the 14th floor with a magnificent view of the Petronas Twin Towers. The breakfast was a buffet that catered for every nationality and taste.
The swimming pool was set in a tropical roof top garden which we enjoyed after shopping at the numerous shopping malls which are within walking distance of the hotel. I thought the location was very convenient for getting any where around KL. I would definately return again to Prince Hotel and Residence.- 12-Jan-2009 |
