A nice, comfortable and well located hotel near to restaurants and town. We had a pool-view room which was excellent. Reception staff are very helpful and friendly though not so, the Cashiers and Business Centre. Access to internet from the hotel room was slow and difficult. We had a pleasant few days' stay and will recommend this hotel to those who want some peace and comfort.- 30-Mar-2008 We enjoyed our stay - apart from a few error on the part of waitors etc. However, we found the staff at the desk on check-out quite inappropriate and rude. they tried to charge us for drinks we did not have in our room. that was not the problem. The problem was that they left us waiting eventhough they were aware we had a flight to catch, they walked away from us for ten mins and called from anothere phone and laughed in my face when i went over to complain. Overall, was ok but that bad experience would mean we would never recommend the hotel to anyone- 14-Mar-2008 The hotel generally had nice facilities, spaceous rooms, a perfect location in downtown Siem Rep. Breakfast fine, the restaurant dinner not very exciting and a pool-side dinner show / dinner not really worth visiting, but there are an abundance of good restaurants just outside the hotel. So generally good value for the money except for one annoying detail: A glass broke in our room - it must have had a crack, it simply came apart when it was lifted. The hotel charged for this, and I could not find anyone willing to discuss this with me from 4 pm to 8 am the next morning when we checked out. They suggested three times at the reception taht we should Split the cost; onhly when I flatly refused at check out the cashier had to accept removing it from the bill, with my written statement of the reason. So this last minute impression spoiled the picture foir me, so I will probably not recommend the hotel to others.- 13-Feb-2008 |
