This is a nice place to stay...I would definitely stay here again and will recommend this hotel to my friends. Service at the hotel is very good- 07-Sep-2005 Average 4-star hotel with very indolent staff. Upon arrival, I found under the coffee table in my room a few pieces of 3-day old pinapple (a Chinese charm?). On the next morning, before leaving the hotel on my way to the airport, I waited 20 minutes for an orange juice that eventually never came!- 07-Sep-2005 Even though the room was fine and the hotel in itself was not so bad, staff attitude was incredibly rude if one considers that this is a 5 star hotel. We could have some consolation at the buffet breakfast, but apart from this we had to wait long time to check in, and again to check out, while the staff instead of apologizing would just giggle at us and eventually slam doors when not receiving any tip. The restaurant was disappointing, the sauna too expensive, in the room there was no complimentary water, nor instant coffee, and the jasmine tea provided the first day wasn''t replaced the following day. Last but not least the staff at the currency exchange counter awkwardly made a mistake in calculating the sum. Definitely this isn''t a place where we would like to stay again or would recommend to our friends.- 07-Sep-2005 |
