 The staff were exceptional. My luggage was lost by the airlines. The hotel Manager and "Ask Me" Concierge were on 2 cell phones desperately trying to locate my luggage. I have stayed in other 5 star hotels and can honestly say that the service at Prestige Paseo de Gracia far exceeds the competition.
