 The President Hotel is a good hotel, but not quite as good as their website would lead you to believe http://eng.presidenthotel.ru/index2.html. The website lead me to think this would be completing with a Four Seasons. More realistically, it compares with a good Best Western. It is not up to the level of a Holiday Inn Express. There is no Internet or WiFi service in the rooms. The internet service in the business center is too slow to be useful.
