The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was satisfactory and the continental breakfast was good. I was extremely pleased with how close the hotel was to Russell Square underground - this made commuting to other areas convenient.

I was disappointed with th breakfast but it is definately good value for money. Would stay again.

The breakfast was poor - compared to continental breakfasts in other hotels in the same price range. Otherwise, we were satisfied.
