 Staff excellent in customer relations, going out of their way to greet, assist, solve problems and generally be helpful. Restaurant staff espeecially were wonderful with young children. Booking system is temperamental and is often wrong, so check the details carefully with reception staff. Management tends to blame the booking agents for these issues but too many guests were affected while we were there. Air conditioning problems were rife and management needs to be constantly reminded about these and other maintenance issues. Some of these issues were because of the newness of the hotel but management responses were disappointing and let down the staff that work for them, who cannot be rated too highly.- 02-Aug-2008 Good for an overnight stay, However, the Hotel Hoppa bus does not go to Terminal 4. You get dropped off at Terminal 2 and then must take the train to terminal 4. Allow an hour and a quarter for this epic journey!!!!!!- 05-May-2008 i found the hotel very clean & the staff friendly &helpful.
