Cleanliness, received an average as I noticed a significant amount of dirt and dust underneath fixed furniture. Facilities received an average as room service was very limited. Location, the hotel is surrounded by high rise flats. But I will stay again. The staff are very friendly and gave me a warm welcome.

It is a non smoking Hotel all over, nobody tell when booking.

Was very disappointed to find our room was situated on a very busy road. The traffic noise spoilt what was otherwise a very nice room. Asked to move rooms and was informed it was fully booked that night. We asked again the next day if we could change rooms as we had no sleep due to the continual traffic noise. We were advised to come back at 2pm to see if that was possible. When we went back our request had not been noted but we were however offered another room. This made such a difference. Could not fault the room or the staff and would return to the hotel providing the room was not located on the main road.
