 The hotel was first class - i can't fault it at all. Free bus into Funchal is brilliant and the staff in every area are polite and helpful. I will go again.- 11-Jul-2008 The hotel had everything we wanted and more. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. It exceeded our expectation- 04-Nov-2007 We loved this hotel, this is the reason why we went back. Maybe the hotel was a not so clean as last year, but we hope to go back.
The personal is very helpfull and kind.
Because of our second visit we received a"welcome card" with plenty of reductions and advantages.
