radio-alarm in my room not working - not fixed when I asked.
Radiator full on and not adjustable - receptionist very helpful, changed my room when she couldn't fix it.
Only ventilation was window overlooking main road.
No closed bin for sanitary towels - no bin in bathroom at all in second room.

I think there is room for improvement in terms of some of the facilities in rooms, such as tv's with remote controls, and more channels made available byond the basic 5 channels. I also thot one bath creme satchet wasn't enough for me to wash properly. The hotel can do better
