Nice to have laptop and internet access in each room. Very central hotel to bars, restaurants, train etc... Would stay again for sure. Staff friendly and helpful, definetely reccommend this to anyone.- 15-Sep-2008 The reception was friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean but whoever came up with the idea of having a glass door to the ensuite must be made. This is a very badly designed and daft idea - if someone used the bathroom in the night it woke the rest of us up as the door squeaked and the light came through the glass. Also, I asked for a triple room when in fact we were given a double room with a camp bed. The location was very central and just about made up for the other problems but when you walked out on the street it smelt very badly of drains. I don't think I would stay here again. - 31-Jul-2008 Location was the big attraction for us, the hotel being near to the historic Plaza de Reina. Staff were friendly, rooms were well serviced and quiet.Would have been useful to have more leaflets about local attractions. Access to internet was a bonus.
Maybe it's a British thing but coffee/tea-making facility in the room would be appreciated.- 28-May-2007 |
