Delightful location, convenient access to the beach, including a spot to swim in the ocean.

Everything was superb.

I recently spent a week in Funchal, and the breakfast selection surpassed my expectations, especially after reading mixed reviews. The expansive room was great, though it could use more electrical outlets. Overall, I’d stay here again!

lack of attention to some details, such as the condition of the gym and the limited food variety at dinner. However, the poolside service and access to the sea were fantastic, making our stay enjoyable despite these issues.

The check-in process, the staff's friendliness, the attention to detail was simply grewt.

The air conditioning was underwhelming!!! How difficult can it be to have more than one electrical socket by the bed? The fitness center is laughably under-equipped!!!

Just a top selection for a lightning trip in Funchal with very good value for money. I enjoyed discovering the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. they were a pleasant surprise during my stay. Make sure to explore all the areas of the hotel, as there are some hidden gems.

I had a great week here. The view from my room was impressive, and the outdoor pool area had enough space for everyone. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, especially the variety of options available. One night, when my child was sick, they delivered a fantastic gourmet meal to my room, which made our stay much better. I recommend checking the room location carefully since there can be noise from the street at night.

I had a great stay at the hotel, enjoying the fantastic views from my balcony and the convenience of being just a few steps from The Pub and Taverna Grill, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the beautiful Quinta Vigia and passing by the impressive Forte Sao Jose nearby, making it easy to discover Funchal's charm on foot.

Had an awesome stay, eh? The breakfast was heaps good with plenty of variety, but man, the air conditioning was a bit underwhelming. Still, those views were sweet as!

Loved the hotel vibe and the stunning sea view from our room. We hit up the Flower Festival and enjoyed exploring the local bars. The breakfast spread was really good, and the staff were super friendly. Totally recommend it!

We did face a hiccup with the QR code for hotel info — it didn't work, which made getting info a bit tricky. Some sunbeds by the pool were a little uncomfortable too.

excellent views from our spacious balcony , with attentive staff during breakfast creating a wonderful dining experience. the meals offered plenty of variety , making it hard to choose! loved the infinity pool and nearby activities.
