 This place was absolute heaven. The personal touches made all the difference - being greeted at the boat upon arrival; checking in we were already relaxing on the sofa drinking a cocktail; friendly staff who seemed to know all the guests itineraries; service by the pool, at your room or wherever you want it - with a smile! Loved it and can't wait to get back there!- 08-Oct-2004 Overall the island, resort and especially the staff at the Peppers Palm were excellent. We have never been to a place where the staff were so friendly and helpful! they really did spoil us!!! the food was excellent with a different menu every evening. The breakfast in a picnic basket ready for you in the morning to have at your leasure is an excellent idea - no pressures to get up before 9am!!
