 The negatives are there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom and the windows in the room do not open, therefore there is no fresh air in room only aircon- 26-Mar-2008 The motel definately needs some work in the rooms. The bathroom requires a renovation desparately. The air con needs to be repositioned in the room we stayed in. The description is definately what you see is what you get. However being one that has stayed in numerous motels, the good, bad and pitifull. This one rates below average. A good renovation would make this motel an exceptional place. But once again its the question of lets make money and not spend it.- 16-Mar-2008 We visited Penrith for the World Dragon Boat Racing Championships, and found the hotel helpful, comfortable and well placed for the Penrith Lakes.- 09-Oct-2007 |
