 The bath tub was clogged and water would not drain properly. We requested for a change of room but was refused, although the hotel did send for repairs of the tub. There was a day when our beds were not made. - 28-Jun-2007 Get airconditioning that is not a bomb- 28-Jun-2007 All hotels in New York are outrageously priced, including this one. The room was quiet and large. The service was a little poor we went out for the day and came back to discover our fridge had been removed with no explanation. They did replace it at our request. Can't beat the location across the road from Madison Square Garden and round the corenr from Macy's- 27-Jun-2007 |
