 The price is not sutable with the room. Bath room not like the others 4 star hotel maybe only standard 2 star hotel and very small. The location of the hotel is nice and the view too. Eazy to get public transport from the hotel. Room decoration is not nice and the TV location is not in the proper location. - 29-Apr-2008 The location is very good and hotel room is spacious. But it looks quite old even after renovation. In all, the hotel room should belong to 3 star level with a 4-star grand lobby
The reception staff is very friendly but kind of slow. The room service staff is not very good. I need to explain a lot and fight a while when requesting to replace my slippers.
I won't choose to stay it again as the quality compared to its price is not very sound. - 14-Dec-2007 The hotel is in a good location and the general lobby area is OK. However, the bedroom areas are grubby and desperately need an update. The carpet and walls in the room and corridors are dirtly. The bath was perminentilty marked and the edge was cracked and full of black grim. I felt I never wanted to get in it (i had to use the shower in the Gym instead). I comlained to the hotel staff, but they could not see what was wrong.
Basically a complete re-fit/update would make this a good hotel. - 16-Nov-2007 |
