 I like staying in this hotel bcoz this hotel is surrounded by shopping centre.Its easy to find food as lots of rastaurant beside this hotel.Im very happy with the hotel service coz they have free transport to the train station and the driver who send us to the train station is so helpfull too.He help us to carry our luggage until the 2rd floor.Very happy to stay in this hotel.- 24-Apr-2007 Whilst the hotel itself is very clean and definitely 5 star, I felt it was let down by the staff''s inability to speak English. I was very lucky to be with a Cantonese speaker so I managed OK but I don''t feel it lived up to being an ''international'' hotel.My biggest gripe though was trying to use the hotel''s shuttle service which, after waiting for 45 minutes, never arrived. When I told the hotel, I didn''t receive any apology - the Deputy Manager was more interested in finding out which staff I had spoken to on the phone to order the shuttle than the fact that I had waited so long and then had to get a taxi. - 07-Sep-2005 We booked an "executive room" and a "deluxe room" with the thought that the "excutive room" would be acceptable to hold a meeting in. It cost much more than the "deluxe room" but to our surprise the rooms were identical and there was no way we could hold a meeting in either room. When asked why the rooms were exactly the same but the exec room was so much more the only comment was it is on the executive floor. Makes no sense. I believe both the hotel and this web site should do a better job of providing accurate room differences and justifying price differences such as this. The hotel still is good and I stay there often just obviously have never had this experience and the floor manager at the hotel was no help at all.- 07-Sep-2005 |
