 staff very helpful and polite. great atmosphere. convenient location.- 04-Aug-2009 Wow...this was a real treat. Stayed here for 3 nights. Just awesome. Amazing location if you want to do mall shopping!!! It is attached to the MBK centre, and from there it connects to Paragon, Siam Centre and Siam Discovery. (Eat in the Paragon food court, ground level- wow!).
Staff were exceptional. VERY, VERY COURTEOUS! We stayed in a suite and had our baggage delivered and all but unpacked. Incredible views. Very clean room and bathroom. Housekeeping was superb.
S. and N., two hostess at the Citi Bar are some of the lovely people we have spent an evening with. Exceptional customer service.
Will go back and can't wait.
