 We arrived at Parkview in our rental car, tired and frustrated from driving on the "wrong" side and trying to find our Hotel. We were also dreading the thought of having to return this car to a location quite a distance away. We were met by the concierge Dave Fountain who took care of everything, from the arrangements for the return of the car, our tours and booking our shuttle to the airport. What a relief to have these "worries" taken care of. Dave was true to his word "No Worries". The hotel was clean comfortable the staff friendly we would not hesitate to recomend this hotel to our friends. If there was an Excellent box I would certainly tick it for service. - 29-Mar-2009 The bed position in the room is very odd. The furniture in the room is badly arranged.
There is only one bedside table. The other one seems taken out for repair. Hotel did not bother to put another one there for customer to use.- 06-Feb-2009 The hotel was wonderful and very cool despite heat wave conditions. Staff were most friendly and helpful and it was very close to the tram for a 10 min ride to city. Only disappointment was we had a second floor room right above the garbage bins which were emptied every morning noisily at 6.30 am. would definitely stay again but request a dfferent room next ime. - 02-Feb-2009 |
