 The hotel is o.k.. However to expensive, considering the rate has increased 400% in 5 years.
The executive rooms are well appointed and the facility is good.
Location: Public transport at doorstep. - 03-Mar-2008 I stayed for three nights and the check in process was quick and efficient. We were upgraded from standard to Deluxe!! The rooms are cosy and such a delight. The service especially from the Conceige Section was great. They had been helpful throughtout our stays in the hotel from keeping our heavy luggage in their storerooms, giving out information and calling the cabs for us. All in all, it has been a wonderful stay with Parkroyal. Malay food can be easily obtained from Arab Street and its a nice delight when we discover Arab Street which is just across the street from the hotel. - 21-Jan-2008 The hotel is far from major attractions or shopping centers.
