 The view from our room was spectacular looking over the lake and the room itself was very large and comfortable. The position in town is excellent and is in easy walking distance of the railway station. There is a reasonably priced restaurant next door (by Norwegian standards) which is convenient for evening meals. We stayed two nights and had a great stay. - 14-Aug-2008 Excellent hotel, although furnishings a little on the old side. Much closer to the railway station than we expected, with less than a five minute easy walk. Restaurant and cafe in-house provided good range of menu and price ranges.
