 Lovely hotel room, great location. Reception service was very poor and unfriendly.- 07-Jan-2009 The room was large and the beds were comfy, but the walls really needed a coat of paint. It would be nice if guests could purchase tram tickets from reception since the tram stop is right outside!- 08-Dec-2008 The studio was clean and comfortable. Very well positioned between the city and St Kilda right on the tram line, making it very easy to access all parts of melbourne and the public transport was very reliable.
My only problem was the 'kitchen' which comprised of a bar fridge, micorwave/convection oven, toaster, kettle and crockery. This was disappointing as i had wanted to cook my own dinner some nights.
