 The hotel was not as 'new' as I hoped and it needs a bit of decoration (eveything is painted white). The location is good, with the casion, marina, shops, clubs and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and recommended some good places to eat and drink.- 25-Oct-2007 No one is available on reception between 10pm - 6am with no clear indication of what one should do if they were to loose their key between these hours as access to even the foyer of the hotel would not be possible.- 02-Oct-2007 our stay was 30.6.7 and 1.7.7.
we asked for a blanket on one night, but were told that there were none available, which we found hard to believe. no attempt was made to provide an alternative.
the hotel is not staffed from 10.pm to 6.0am - who does one contact in an emergency?
toasters are issued from recetion, due to the need to explain the issue of smoke alarms being set off easily by overdone toast. this leads to not wanting to use the appliance at all, and reducing the meaning of self-contained.- 05-Jul-2007 |
