 Quite comfortable, but room had stains on carpet and mould in bathroom- 31-Jan-2009 The cleanliness and quality of the room was very high. Location was also good. The only negative was the service on arrival when the reception was unsure whether we paid the correct rate - despite me presenting a voucher from Hotel Club which clearly says not to charge the guest any extra. This was eventually resolved but did not create a great first impression.- 19-Nov-2008 Clean rooms that are relatively large for cenral London hotels with similar rates. Outstanding location - less than five minutes from the tube, numerous pubs and restaurants and internet cafes. An easy wlk to Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben and more.
