 The staff at the hotel could not do enough to make our stay enjoyable - we had a fantastic time, and did not want to leave! - 12-Jun-2006 We were there only one night on business and it was ideal for us. The real plus was that the hotel was well staffed and there was always someone around to deal with. - 22-Aug-2005 We were extremely impressed with the hotel from walking into the lobby, the service received at the front desk and then our room. It is brilliantly located - next to Victoria station and the theatres and in walking distance of Buckingham Palace. It is the best 4* hotel that we have stayed in in London and we would highly recommend it. We will definately stay there again.- 30-Jul-2005 |
